Which model do I have? The model number is on the label under the shroud. S Series models start with GRCS (air conditioner) or GRHS (heat pump). Profile low profile models start with PLCS or PLHS (earlier ones with PLC or PLH). The original GE RV models start with ARC (air conditioner) or ARH (heat pump). A model ending in B has a black shroud and W a white shroud.

GRCS is cool only and GRHS is a heat pump. XA is the Deluxe and Deluxe Plus, XH the High Efficiency. A model ending B has a black shroud and W a white shroud. Your label may add a revision such as H1 at the end.
